      Position Overview

      This entry-level position provides administrative support for the Field Services team. The Field Services Administrative Assistant serves as the point-person for a variety of different tasks and projects serving the Field Standards, Field Learning, Field Services Analytics, Field Testing, Field Optimization, Field Technology, and Field Programs teams.

      Job Qualifications

      • High school diploma or GED

      • 2 years general office experience

      • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to vary tone and language choice to fit the audience

      • Strong general computing skills (Google Apps skills strongly preferred)

      • Ability to maintain detailed records of work in progress and completed work

      • Ability to supplement software knowledge independently by using help forums and tutorials

      Location Requirement:

      • This position is based in Phoenix, AZ

      Key Result Areas (KRAs)

      Draft, edit, and maintain process documentation and manage files for all field positions, as requested:

      • Update field process documentation (Playbooks, Position Manuals, Manifesto, etc.), as requested and instructed

      • Perform manual tasks to keep shared files organized and current

      • Create instructional documentation, from a template, for a given process

      • Perform documentation audits, reading carefully and noting any questions or inaccuracies

      Collect, collate, and process data to inform business decisions:

      • Serve as a resource to the Field Services team regarding what data is tracked in which systems

      • Export data, on request; occasional travel to collect data from shops outside the Grants Pass area

      • Perform manual and/or formula-driven transformations to make data usable

      • Maintain any custom resources needed by Field Services team

      Maintain timely and accurate communication between HQ and field employees regarding active projects and systems in the Field Services Department:

      • Maintain records of active and upcoming field tests

      • Communicate with trial participants

      • Coordinate product launches and standards changes with stakeholders

      • Monitor trial feedback (requested vs. received) and issue reminders, as needed

      • Occasionally travel to observe shop operations and collect data, as it relates to active field tests

      • Attend project meetings and take notes in established platforms

      • Field incoming communication related to tech tools; respond using established templates

      • Other duties as assigned

      • Occasionally move or lift office items

      • Ability to read and write in English in order to process paperwork and follow up on any actions necessary

      • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as calculators, copy machines, computers, and office equipment

      Compensation:

      $23.71 - $28.28
