What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as LDC field expert within assigned geography and projects
- Provide training, campaign planning, and technical support to enrolled growers and key stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue and share in markets
- Develop unique offers to leverage LDC programs within commercial offerings
- Regularly collect and report market intelligence and insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in agricultural-related field
- 3+ years of experience in ag sales or grower facing role
- Aptitude for information technology
- Agronomic knowledge of crops grown within assigned geographies
- Understanding of market dynamics within the regions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Sustainability practices
- Experience with Regen Ag software platforms
- Understanding of farm improvements enabled by best management practices
