      Essential duties and responsibility include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
      • Respond to all client/customer inquiries via email or phone in a timely manner
      • Research issues as needed.
      • Assist with the Fedx Process
      • Assist in coordinating work flow with in the Mail Dept / Fedx Team
      • Generate and interpret reports.
      • Assist supervisors as necessary.
      • Communicate with the supervisor for any issues or questions.

      Filing Clerk III must be proficient in all of the job functions performed in the Fedx / Mail Team. Filing Clerk III addresses unusual situations, handles reporting, training of new hires, sorting daily work volumes to staff and assists supervisor and team as needed. This position requires proficiency in receiving and satisfying requests for special handling via email and/or phone.
