What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain master data within the IM and PS modules of SAP for project management
- Create new projects, input annual project budgets, and update project budget changes
- Perform project maintenance, including creation, closing, and funding revisions
- Assist in the development of monthly financial reporting for the Executive Team
- Provide project financial data for budget preparation and presentations to management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to efficiently use Microsoft Office Suite (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint)
- Ability to produce high-quality work products with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively and operate in a fast-paced team environment
- BS degree (or working towards) in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of SAP, specifically IM and PS modules
- Familiarity with MS-Excel pivot tables
- Equivalent working experience (0-3 years)
