      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with monthly close processes, including preparation and recording of entries in various financial systems
      - Monitor aging for accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely collections and payments
      - Reconcile bank accounts and provide regular information to Treasury
      - Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
      - Support audit requests and complete special projects to meet department objectives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
      - Proficiency in financial systems and general ledger management
      - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to handle confidential financial information appropriately

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes
      - Familiarity with audit processes and compliance standards
      - Knowledge of Valitana or similar financial systems
      - Experience in process improvement initiatives
      - Relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus
