      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the management of investment portfolios, including Fixed Income, Real Estate, Equities, and Alternative Assets
      - Supervise subordinate analyst staff and provide guidance on investment strategies
      - Prepare recommendations regarding investment policy and negotiate contracts for investment managers
      - Implement and monitor fund-wide initiatives across multiple asset categories
      - Produce detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and investment committees

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
      - Four (4) years of responsible investment management experience in a large financial institution or governmental agency
      - Experience in asset class investment committees and strategic asset allocation execution
      - Proficiency in portfolio analytics tools and Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
      - Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively, demonstrating strong decision-making and leadership skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
      - Two (2) years of experience at the level of Finance Analyst II or equivalent
      - Experience conducting due diligence and negotiating investment terms
      - Knowledge of legal and economic terms related to Private Equity investments
      - Proven mentorship and training experience within investment teams
