What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Mentor, coach, and train staff

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of six years applicable experience in accounting or finance
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Strong investigational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in accounting or finance, MBA, MHA, CPA, CMA, or CIA
- Professional designation such as CPA or CMA
- Advanced understanding of accounting and finance practices
- Experience with large accounting and grant management systems
- Ability to work independently and lead projects
