      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis, budgeting, and planning, including monthly data entry and annual budget preparation
      - Manage financial transactions, report submissions, and proforma preparation in compliance with GAAP
      - Execute data queries to analyze financial data and ensure compliance with organizational policies
      - Develop and recommend policies and procedures for financial processes and improvements
      - Perform additional duties as assigned to support the finance operations group

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution
      - Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible relevant work experience
      - Completion of 36 hours of accounting courses or demonstrated proficiency in accounting principles (GAAP)
      - Prior experience in an Academic Health Center or relevant financial analysis related to operational improvements
      - Highly proficient in PC applications, particularly database and spreadsheet software with intermediate skills in complex functions and formulas

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Oracle Financial Applications and Microsoft Suite
