      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with informing and training staff about financial policies and procedures
      - Review invoices and expense reports for proper documentation and approval before payment processing
      - Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies
      - Maintain accounts payable reports and respective vendor payable files
      - Assist in the annual audit and preparation of required AP schedules

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - AA/BS degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
      - Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Governmental Auditing Standards (GAS)
      - Nonprofit expertise regarding audit best practices and state and federal law
      - Outstanding organizational and time management skills
      - 2+ years of charter school finance experience preferred
