  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Serve as the lead liaison for the California Rebuilding Fund, coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring effective communication
  - Manage monthly performance file processes and assist with quarterly reporting, including financial and compliance aspects
  - Support treasury management by preparing cash projections and managing invoices and payments
  - Report monthly fund revenue and assist with policy and procedure maintenance for the Kiva Capital Management team
  - Coordinate with fund administrators on audit, treasury, finance, and operational matters, and assist with tax and audit requests
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 4+ years of relevant professional or educational experience in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business
  - Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; detail-oriented and accountable
  - Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with excellent time management skills
  - Demonstrated financial acumen and understanding of private markets
  - Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (or Google Sheets and Slides)
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in designing and implementing impact investment fund products
  - Understanding of the Impact Investing framework
  - Autonomous, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated with effective remote work skills
  - Proven aptitude for process discovery, definition, and documentation
