What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and coordinate the budget for the Preferred Communities program, ensuring data consistency across reporting modules
- Process client payments from initiation to disbursement while ensuring compliance with budget constraints
- Develop and enhance expenditure tracking tools to manage revenue and costs effectively
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely processing of payments and budget adherence
- Assist in budget development and financial reporting for the Program for Initial Resettlement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business; advanced degree or CPA/CFA/ACCA is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing budgets and spending in the refugee resettlement field
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proficiency in MS Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

- Experience with cloud-based planning tools, Power BI, and ERP systems
- Multi-cultural sensitivity and experience working in diverse teams
- Aptitude for ongoing learning and adapting to changes in processes
