      The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:

      We have an excellent opportunity to lead the Enterprise Business Services Finance Team. This role is responsible for being a trusted business partner to the executive staff leading the Business Services organization. The successful candidate is responsible for driving the operations and business objectives across the Business Services portfolio. The candidate will require a focus on predictable performance, strategic partnering, and financially driven decision making. The role will drive fact-based decision making, and demonstrate the ability to drive meaningful analysis, assist in financial recommendations, and communicate effectively, while partnering with management and operating as integral member of the team.

      Responsibilities to Anticipate:

      • Strategic finance partner for the ES Business Services VP and the executive staff

      • Cross business unit collaboration to drive strategic investment prioritization

      • Lead financial support of large multi business savings initiatives

      • Lead a team of 5 finance team members

      • Drive digital financial execution, forecasts, project support, performance against AOP, synergy analysis, and tracking cost control initiatives

      • Maintain financial oversight of operating budgets, capital expenditures and the controls environment

      • Leverage CORE approach to assess and mature processes and drive continued improvement & harmonization

      • Drive effective forecasting including the quarterly forecast, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Long Range Plan (LRP).

      • Proactively lead self-initiated analysis, solve problems, and resolve issues

      • Prepare and present effective leadership presentations

      • Ability to travel as needed.

      Qualifications You Must Have:

      • This role typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field and 14 years of prior relevant Finance experience OR and Advanced degree and 12 years of relevant experience

      • Demonstrated performance in a fast-paced environment while empowering teams to solve problems in a manner consistent with Raytheon values

      • Strong experience in FP&A and functional finance to include leading business or financial analysts

      • Demonstrates leadership skills by having the ability to influence others through leading and guiding

      • Solid experience forecasting including the quarterly forecast, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Long Range Plan (LRP).

      • Demonstrated ability to communicate to all levels of the organization as well as cross functionally including preparation and delivery of leadership presentations

      • Demonstrated experience identifying and resolving problems and issues

      • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements

      Minimum Program Qualifications

      To qualify for the RTX Re-Empower Program, candidates should:

      The salary range for this role is 171,000 USD - 343,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

      This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
