      The Finance Manager is responsible for ensuring the financial integrity of the site financials, providing key analysis for decision making to site functional leaders and regional stakeholders. This role is a business partner in supporting the Area Director of Distribution, and reports to the Area Controller.

      The incumbent will calculate projected internal returns on projects, provide financial oversight to the DSC, drive continuous improvement, and optimize performance of site operations while maximizing utilizations of company assets. Additionally, this position will be heavily involved in the creation of the annual budget, monthly forecast, and evaluation of manning requirements.

      Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

      10% Travel

      Qualifications

      Minimum Requirements:

      • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
      • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
      • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business related field
      • Must have three (3) years of accounting or finance experience

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • At least have a Masters in Business Administration
      • At least have two (2) years of experience in leadership role(s), supervising others, or leading teams
      • At least have two (2) years of experience in a financial role in manufacturing or distribution
      • At least have one (1) year of previous internal audit experience
      • At least have one (1) year of previous experience with budgeting
      • CPA license preferred

      Responsibilities

      • Develop annual operating and capital budgets for the Distribution Service Center and Private Fleet
      • Review site P&Ls and prepare journal entries to ensure accurate financials each month
      • Analyze and summarize month end results, and work with Area Controller and operations team to identify opportunities for improvement
      • Ensure DSC employee hours are accurately coded and explain productivity variances to plan
      • Prepare monthly DSC and CTS forecasts and flash
      • Develop, mentor, and coach professional and administrative staff
      • Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations to support and justify account balances
      • Manage physical inventory to maintain an accurate and timely accounting of division financial information
