      As a Finance Operations Associate for The Infatuation, you will report to the Accounting Manager and join our tight-knit Finance & Accounting Team of two. This role will support critical core activities such as vendor data management, month-end close procedures, account reconciliations, financial reporting and external audits. You will have extensive business operations exposure, from day-to-day financial operations to cross-departmental projects and initiatives. This role isn't just numbers – you're an operational backbone, mastering our systems within JPMC and shaping our financial story in a startup-corporate fusion.       Job Responsibilities

      • Facilitate onboarding of new vendors and manage existing vendor database and invoices in JPMC systems to ensure timely and accurate processing and payments
      • Provide operational support for corporate credit cards for Infatuation staff, including monitoring expenses, addressing any issues or discrepancies, and navigating Concur
      • Post journal entries accurately and efficiently in SAP accounting software.
      • Assist in the monthly close cycle by preparing reconciliations for prepaid expense amortizations and accrued expenses, and preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, and income statements
      • Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal controls, policies, and procedures related to financial operations.
      • Collaborate across all departments and teams to provide financial insights, support budgeting processes, and assist with financial forecasting.
      • Perform ad hoc financial analysis and projects as assigned.

      Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

      • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
      • 1-2 years of relevant experience, including internships, in accounting or finance, preferably in a staff accountant or finance associate role
      • Demonstrates working knowledge of US GAAP
      • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical and data manipulation skills.
      • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
      • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
      • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

      Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

      • Familiarity with accounting software, or the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new financial information systems. Knowledge of SAP a plus but not required
      • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
      • Knowledge of the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus but not required.
