  You are:

  A transformation maestro with tons of experience helping clients meet the challenges of digitization. You’re in your element using your know-how to solve clients’ most complex business problems and helping their companies do more. You’re as comfortable leading teams and projects as you are talking to senior managers and clients. And as a senior manager, you know that your decisions will have a lasting impact, and you’ve got the leadership skills to handle the pressure.

  The work:

  • Use your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led

  • Support design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements.

  • Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics.

  • Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met.

  • Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

  • In addition, support S4 HANA technical upgrade activities related to finance, GL, FICO and asset accounting.

  • Support testing activities, facilitate knowledge transfer to client and provide post go live hyper care support.

  • Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems

  • Work with senior managers at a client and/or at Accenture – and be ready to negotiate or communicate persuasively on key issues

  • Use your judgment to chart the way forward on critical assignments

  Here’s what you need:

  • Minimum 7 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience

  • Minimum 5 years of FICO experience and/or the Profitability Analysis modules

  • Experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP S/4HANA transformational projects with on- and off-shore resources

  • A Bachelor’s Degree

  Bonus points if:

  • Knowledge of SAP’s business development process and ability to help clients understand how SAP can benefit their company

  • Experience with COPA

  • Fluency in French
