      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support outreach efforts to students who have not completed the FAFSA, following established processes and scripts
      - Enter, update, and maintain student financial aid information and FAFSA data accurately in internal systems
      - Maintain daily records for appointment outcomes
      - Assist with FAFSA Zoom sessions and workshops to support students throughout the financial aid process
      - Collaborate with various departmental groups to ensure effective communication and support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required
      - Minimum of one year of customer service experience
      - Previous experience with multi-line telephone systems is a plus
      - Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks
      - Familiarity with Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
      - Previous experience in educational support or financial aid processes
