      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Advise applicants and students on eligibility for financial aid programs, including assistance with the FAFSA application process
      - Create payment plans for students as necessary and monitor timely payments
      - Verify eligibility for federal aid programs such as Pell grants and student loans
      - Conduct entrance and exit interviews as required by Title IV regulations
      - Provide ongoing support to students with financial aid concerns throughout their tenure at the school

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of financial aid experience
      - Basic knowledge of federal and state financial aid regulations, specifically Federal Direct Loans and Pell Grants
      - Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
      - Strong customer service and organizational skills
      - Associate's Degree or higher preferred
