What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service to colleges, universities, and technical schools
- Answer inquiries regarding financial aid program requirements and procedures through various support channels
- Stay updated on financial aid guidelines and regulations
- Conduct on-site and off-site training for staff and clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
- 2+ years of experience in financial aid, including federal Title IV funds
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with Zendesk is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel
- Strong computational skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare-related service
- Knowledge of Zendesk or similar customer support software
