      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to financial aid software and policies
      - Assist school administrators in interpreting financial aid regulations and system functionality
      - Triage incoming cases, calls, and chats to ensure timely and accurate responses
      - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and enhance client resources
      - Contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvement initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong background in financial aid administration with experience in Title IV processes
      - Proven customer service experience, ideally in a high-volume support environment
      - Deep understanding of federal and state financial aid regulations and compliance
      - Proficiency in financial aid management systems and Microsoft Office applications
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative approach

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Fame Freedom, Freedom FinAid, and other financial aid applications
      - Experience in a lead advisor role within a trade school, college, or university setting
      - Ability to leverage AI tools for workflow optimization and client support
      - Previous experience in a remote work environment
      - Willingness to travel occasionally for client site visits and training
