      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process financial aid in accordance with federal, state, and institutional regulations and policies
      - Complete specialized training to understand the financial aid cycle and compliance requirements
      - Review student files for eligibility and complete necessary verifications
      - Package federal aid according to standard and borrower-based academic years
      - Troubleshoot processing problems and technical issues related to the system and software

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED with 1+ years of experience in a financial aid environment
      - Experience with financial aid packaging using Ellucian - Banner
      - Strong oral and written communication skills
      - Ability to access the National Student Loan Data System with federal student loans in good standing

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience in a financial aid office
      - Familiarity with federal regulations governing financial aid
      - Knowledge of financial aid software and systems
      - Demonstrated problem-solving skills in a financial aid context
