      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage financial aspects of the Bureau of Fire Service and Storage Tank Division
      - Provide financial monitoring and advice for Firefighter Training grant funding
      - Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
      - Assist in the completion and review of FOIA requests as part of Continuous Quality Improvement
      - Serve as backup for FOIA processing within the bureau

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Possession of a bachelor's degree with at least 12 semester (18 term) credits in accounting, finance, or economics
      - Minimum of three years of professional experience in financial analysis or a related field
      - At least one year of experience equivalent to a Financial Analyst P11
      - Strong analytical skills for budget review and financial data interpretation
      - Ability to provide guidance on financial responsibilities and compliance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional college credits that could substitute for required experience
      - Experience with government or public sector financial management
      - Familiarity with FOIA processes and compliance
