      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead, analyze, and assist in budgeting and review of capital programs
      - Prepare financial reports on capital programs for leadership, including project status and budget data
      - Conduct thorough studies of asset conditions and prepare comprehensive reports for executive staff
      - Monitor and investigate expenditures variance against budget, ensuring department budgets are on target
      - Develop online reporting tools and ensure data integrity across financial applications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited college or university
      - Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible relevant work experience
      - Ability to self-motivate and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
      - Strong communication skills to maintain effective relationships within the organization
      - Proficient with Windows and PC applications, including MS Excel and Oracle

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in Business Administration or Finance
      - At least four years of recent experience in financial and budget analysis
      - Experience with Oracle AIS, IBM Cognos TM1, and Smartsheet
      - Familiarity with related accounting or financial software
