What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct daily and weekly review, analysis, and reconciliation of Lottery Digital Gaming and Digital Internal Control Systems data
- Monitor and reconcile transactions from third-party game vendors, ensuring compliance with license agreements
- Serve as a liaison with Digital Gaming System Vendor and Player Support Call Center for various issues
- Oversee digital second chance promotions and assist with gaming systems claims and payments processes
- Provide daily phone support for department inquiries and perform backup duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in any major with at least 12 semester (18 term) credits in accounting, finance, or economics
- For Financial Analyst 10: One year of professional experience in financial data analysis, equivalent to Financial Analyst 9
- For Financial Analyst P11: Two years of professional experience in financial data analysis, including one year as a Financial Analyst 10
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial data analysis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a business office environment
- Familiarity with financial data troubleshooting and analysis
- Previous experience in the gaming or lottery industry
- Additional certifications in finance or accounting
- Strong communication skills for liaising with vendors and support teams
