What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver insightful reporting and financial analysis to support decision-making across the organization
- Own weekly/monthly reporting on sales, COGS, labor, and productivity metrics across restaurants and support center
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans that reflect the company's growth trajectory
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Development, and Real Estate teams to analyze business trends
- Continuously enhance and automate financial processes to scale with the business
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus)
- 3-5 years of progressive financial analysis experience, preferably in the restaurant, retail, or consumer-facing industry
- Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus
- Proven ability to work with large data sets to deliver and communicate actionable insights
- Clear communicator able to translate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
