What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with financial or operational information
- Develop modeling, forecasting, and other analytical tools to improve processing and reporting
- Review financial system information to identify reporting anomalies and ensure accuracy
- Plan, organize, and manage various projects and resources efficiently
- Collaborate with functional areas to establish performance and operational metrics

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, MIS, or Business, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial or operational analysis, budgeting, or forecasting
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with access databases
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Experience in a corporate finance environment for 4-5 years

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CPA, MBA, or CFA designation
- Knowledge of Oracle Business Intelligence Systems
