      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with financial or operational information
      - Develop modeling, forecasting, and other analytical tools to improve processing and decision-making
      - Design and analyze dues reporting and financial trends using various data analysis techniques
      - Work with other functional areas to establish performance and operational metrics
      - Report to the Director of Accounting any anomalies and ensure system reporting is materially correct

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, MIS, or Business, or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial or operational analysis, budgeting, or forecasting
      - Advanced knowledge of Excel and access databases
      - Previous leadership experience preferred
      - Familiarity with Oracle Business Intelligence Systems is preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CPA, MBA, or CFA designation
      - 4-5 years of finance experience in a corporate environment
