- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to foster positive relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related field
- 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good computer skills with the ability to learn new applications and systems quickly

- Experience in a healthcare finance role
- Familiarity with financial reporting tools and software
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and departments
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in projects
