What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare, analyze, and communicate key financial information to management and staff
- Assist with budget preparation and compliance reviews
- Provide decision support to management regarding initiatives and policies
- Complete special projects, including research and forecasting

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- High School diploma/GED with four years of relevant experience may substitute for education
- Associate's degree with two years of relevant experience may substitute for education
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience for Financial Analyst I, two years for II, and three years for III
- Critical thinking skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification
- Experience in healthcare finance or revenue cycle management
- Cleveland Clinic Finance Fellow experience may offset required experience
