      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Aggregate and validate datasets from cross-functional sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
      - Generate comprehensive financial reports for regional and business unit leaders, focusing on adherence to corporate metrics
      - Collaborate with IT and governance teams to enhance data accuracy and streamline reporting processes
      - Conduct variance analyses to identify discrepancies in quarterly forecasts and present findings to leadership
      - Develop and refine financial models for operational use, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
      - 2–3 years of experience in Corporate FP&A or a similar role
      - Solid understanding of financial reporting and data preparation workflows
      - Proficient in Excel and knowledgeable in financial tools such as Adaptive Planning and DOMO
      - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and organize data for reporting

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Exposure to public companies or Fortune 500 environments
      - Experience in process optimization and identifying workflow inefficiencies
      - Advanced understanding of foundational FDM concepts and corporate governance standards
      - Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams
      - Pursuit of advanced training in financial tools and methodologies
