      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare monthly operational reports and evaluate financial performance against the planned budget
      - Develop and maintain financial reports using Oracle Hyperion financial reporting software
      - Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, and identify trends for improvement
      - Create accruals during month-end for assigned business units, projects, or programs
      - Provide support with requests from internal and external auditors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
      - Minimum three (3) years of business finance or related experience
      - Experience in budget to actual variance analysis
      - Proficiency in developing financial reports using ERP system reporting software
      - Experience working with Oracle and Hyperion or another ERP system

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Managed Care or related industry experience, including budgeting, planning, and capital management
      - Experience in statutory reporting
      - Familiarity with Access, Word, PowerPoint, and SQL
      - Strong knowledge of the principles and practices of the healthcare industry
