      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the delivery of core Operating Expenses (OPEX) and Headcount (HC) forecasting and consolidation for the Global Sales Organization
      - Collaborate with executives to optimize resource allocation across various functions
      - Deliver monthly and quarterly financial reporting to senior leadership
      - Create dashboards to monitor key performance indicators and drive business growth
      - Conduct financial analyses to support top-line growth and margin expansion initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-6 years of experience in financial analysis and financial planning principles
      - Experience in dynamic environments such as Investment Banking, Consulting, FP&A, or Accounting
      - Strong background in OPEX and HC budget management and financial planning
      - Expertise in financial modeling, particularly in Excel and Google Sheets
      - Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, or equivalent experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience in business partnering to drive strategic decisions
      - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage end-to-end processes autonomously
      - Excellent communication skills with the capability to present insights to senior audiences
