      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate, prepare, and analyze financial and operational reports, financial statements, scorecards, and budgets
      - Analyze historical and projected financial data to support leadership in decision-making
      - Prepare information to assist in developing trends that inform financial forecasts
      - Identify and implement technology and best practices for continuous process improvement
      - Maintain adherence to internal controls and reporting structures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or a related field
      - At least 2 years of relevant work experience
      - Progressive understanding of financial statements, analytical techniques, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
      - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with individuals at all levels
      - Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Accounting and Grants Post Award experience
      - CPA and/or master's degree in business or a related field
      - Experience in Health Systems and Academic Medicine
