      Financial Analyst II

      Job Description

      As a Financial Analyst II, you will be responsible for forecasting, providing intramonth reporting, and analyzing variances for distributor resales. You will execute inventory trending analysis and resale reporting control to identify and resolve issues. You will also collaborate with internal and external customers to drive distributor program compliance and address any issues or findings. Additionally, you will produce a monthly metrics file summarizing processing volumes, inventory audits, reporting concerns, and outreach, and provide month-end reporting to multiple divisions summarizing Distributor Finance activity for processed resales, refunds, and handling fees.

      Responsibilities

      • Forecast, provide intramonth reporting, and analyze variances for distributor resales.
      • Execute inventory trending analysis and resale reporting control to identify and resolve issues.
      • Collaborate with internal and external customers to drive distributor program compliance and address issues/findings.
      • Produce monthly metrics file summarizing processing volumes, inventory audits, reporting concerns, and outreach.
      • Provide month-end reporting to multiple divisions summarizing Distributor Finance activity for processed resales, refunds, and handling fees.
      • Evaluate potential improvements and scope expansion based on changing business needs.
      • Provide support, ad hoc reporting, and analysis to internal and external customers.
      • Execute monthly controls and checks to ensure accuracy of accounting postings.
      • Ensure that all reporting processes and systems are documented.

      Essential Skills

      • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
      • 2+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst.
      • Strong customer service, collection, and analysis skills.

      Work Environment

      This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with team members mainly working in the office from Monday to Wednesday and remotely on Thursday and Friday. There is flexibility to accommodate different schedules if needed. The office is located in MN, featuring very nice office spaces. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a large, reputable company in the Twin Cities market. Additionally, there are opportunities for contract extensions and potential full-time employment.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $40.00/hr.
