      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and mentor a team to provide advanced analytics and insights for key business drivers
      - Solve complex business problems through proactive financial solutions
      - Interact with senior management as a trusted advisor on financial issues
      - Review analysts' work and assist in task assignment and workflow management
      - Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and risk management policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree
      - 8 years of financial/accounting analysis experience, including 2 years in a leadership role; or an advanced degree with 6 years of experience
      - Strong knowledge of data analysis and technical accounting/finance
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel for financial data analysis
      - Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 4+ years of experience in Property and Casualty business or finance
      - Experience with P&L oversight, budgeting, and forecasting
      - Proven leadership and mentoring skills with executive management
      - Expertise in financial analysis and reporting using Excel and PowerPoint
      - Ability to effectively communicate complex financial topics to diverse audiences
