What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide financial assistance and support, including analyzing financial data and preparing financial reports.
- Maintain data integrity and develop financial models.
- Monitor compliance of partnership projects and joint ventures with organizational and government policies.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.
- Assist with special financial projects as needed.

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a complex financial analyst or accounting support role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Two (2) years of experience and knowledge of HMO, PPO, TPA, PHO, and Managed Care functions.
- Familiarity with financial compliance regulations in healthcare.
