      Job Summary:

      The financial Analyst will provide support for the execution of the annual budget processes as well as month-end close activities. This position will have exposure to and work with marketing, sales, and demand planning teams as well as accounting and region finance teams.

      Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

      General Ledger

      • Analyzes PO’s that have posted to the General Ledger vs Budget and records accruals for PO’s not posted. Maintains a detailed schedule for the general accrual
      • Reviews open PO’s with the commercial team at least quarterly
      • Prepares all general journal entries for the month
      • Prepares the bank reconciliation monthly, working with AP/AR to ensure all items are posted to the ledger
      • Maintains Fixed Asset subledger and reconciles monthly

      FP&A

      • Assist in the preparation of budget templates and presentation
      • Submit monthly and quarterly financial and KPI reporting to RHQ’s and brand holders
      • Keep track of customer terms and conditions (BCs, Rebates, Doors, etc.)
      • Review capex projects against budget

      Consultant

      • Prepare monthly intercompany reconciliation
      • Prepare all Concur journal entries and monitor the timely submission and compliance of employee expense reports
      • Assist in data collection for ad hoc tax and audit requests

      Miscellaneous/Ad Hoc

      • Other duties or projects as assigned

      Qualifications & Competencies:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
      • Understanding of basic accounting principles
      • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
      • Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
      • Articulate with excellent verbal and written communications skills
      • Proven ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

      Hybrid Role: Three(3) days in-office required at our Miami location.
