What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with financial analysis and monitor properties' financial and physical conditions for elevated risk situations
- Participate in the quality review of databases and reporting tools
- Support compliance-related matters such as financial statement processing and database management

- Communicate significant risk issues and recommend actions to asset managers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related fields
- Minimum travel requirement of 10-20%
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Strong ability to problem-solve and exercise independent judgment
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects under minimal supervision
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- GSE experience is a plus
- Proven track record of working effectively with colleagues across all organizational levels
- Ability to work efficiently under stressful conditions
