What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with senior leaders to provide financial analysis and support for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Manage month-end close processes and monthly reporting tasks
- Conduct cost analysis and drive process improvements using Hyperion and Workday tools
- Compile and present financial summaries and analyses suitable for executive audiences
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOX, SEC guidelines, and reporting requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of corporate financial analysis experience with increasing responsibility
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Strong understanding of financial analysis principles
- Ability to work independently and manage sensitive information confidentially
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills

- Experience with Workday and Hyperion systems
- Proven track record of working effectively in a remote environment
