      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
      - Assist in annual budget preparation and monitor budget adherence, identifying cost optimization areas
      - Develop financial models and forecasts to support business decisions
      - Analyze market trends and provide recommendations for strategic financial planning

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in finance, economics, or a related field
      - Minimum of 2 years of financial analysis experience
      - Strong proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
      - Required experience in the healthcare industry
      - Experience presenting to senior leaders or executive management teams
