      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist the employer's Controller in preparing the annual operating budget and developing staffing patterns
      - Review and monitor monthly budget variance reports to provide analysis and recommendations for cost improvements
      - Develop and conduct workshops for managers on financial reporting and budget management
      - Provide support for ad hoc financial analysis of existing or proposed projects
      - Collaborate with the Finance Department on projects involving clinical areas

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Health Administration; MBA or CPA strongly preferred
      - Minimum of 1 year of progressive experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a healthcare environment
      - Knowledge of advanced accounting, financial analysis, statistics, and modern financial management theory
      - Strong skills in data analysis and interpretation of financial and statistical data
      - Exceptional oral and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience developing and presenting workshops or training sessions for managerial staff
      - Familiarity with financial reporting systems and healthcare finance practices
      - Advanced skills in using computers and personal productivity applications
