What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain financial budget and forecasting models for assigned business units
- Analyze and interpret financial information, including Income Statement and Balance Sheet
- Provide support on strategic initiatives for assigned business units
- Collaborate on FP&A related process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy
- Prepare fact-based presentations for key business leaders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related area
- 1-2+ years of work experience in a financial or analytical role
- Strong ability to analyze financial results and manage multiple deliverables in a dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly proficient in NetSuite, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Experience with stock compensation
- Ability to effectively communicate financial narratives using data visualization tools
