      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide program and project control support for monthly close activities, including variance analysis on revenue, gross margin, and billable hours
      - Prepare accurate and timely invoices for clients in collaboration with Accounting and Program Managers
      - Conduct contract and subcontract administration, monitoring funding and project performance
      - Develop and deliver monthly financial reports to Program Managers, Directors, and executives
      - Create financial dashboards to monitor KPIs and support decision-making for project execution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field or equivalent experience
      - 4+ years of finance and accounting experience, preferably with professional services companies
      - Experience in billing and invoicing processes
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced modeling, pivot tables, macros) and financial analysis tools
      - Strong budgeting and reporting skills, with a solid understanding of cash flow management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows
      - Experience tracking and reporting project cost, schedule, and performance measures
      - Excellent time management skills with keen attention to detail
      - Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining alignment across teams
