      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze financial performance across various orthopedic services, including surgical procedures and outpatient care
      - Monitor revenue cycle metrics related to billing, collections, and insurance reimbursements for orthopedic treatments
      - Prepare ad hoc analyses, forecasts, and variance reports for leadership
      - Maintain the Foundation Data Model (FDM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) configuration in Workday
      - Analyze supply chain data, including inventory levels, procurement cycles, and supplier performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Healthcare Administration
      - 3–5 years of experience in finance, ideally within the healthcare sector
      - Strong understanding of accounting, supply chain management, and revenue recognition principles

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CPA or MBA designation
