      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare weekly and monthly reports tracking enrollment, revenue, and claims, including narrative development for financial results
      - Conduct quarterly reconciliations to support CMS certifications
      - Analyze actual versus budgeted and forecasted amounts
      - Maintain dashboards to track performance targets and business objectives
      - Collaborate with business partners to incorporate changes into forecast projections

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting
      - One to three years of relevant work experience
      - Strong analytical skills to identify trends and recommend actions
      - Ability to maintain detailed financial forecasting and budgeting models
      - Experience with risk-based capital models

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous health insurance industry experience
      - Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis tools
      - Knowledge of CMS certification processes
