      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Participate in strategic meetings to align on business goals and operational efficiencies
      - Oversee workload distribution to ensure timely project execution
      - Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for clarity and compliance
      - Generate and deliver ad hoc reports to support decision-making processes
      - Act as a Subject Matter Expert on pricing, formulary disruption, and financial analyses for new business opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-2 years of pharmacy financial analyses experience
      - 3 years of experience at a Pharmacy Benefit Manager
      - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including vlookups and pivot tables
      - Proven communication and relationship-building skills
      - Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of underwriting experience
      - Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
      - Familiarity with data languages such as SAS, SQL, or Snowflake
