What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, including variance analysis and performance tracking
- Build and maintain financial models to support scenario planning and strategic initiatives
- Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals
- Prepare and deliver recurring financial reports and dashboards with actionable insights
- Collaborate with the Controller to improve close efficiency, accuracy, and controls
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 1–3 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles
- Solid understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; advanced modeling or automation skills are a plus
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with NetSuite preferred; exposure to BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
