      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the PEO-IWS Navy ERP Site Implementation Lead
      - Assist in developing policies, guidance, and training for the sustainment of Navy ERP
      - Provide Navy ERP subject matter expertise to PEO IWS in program management and financial management
      - Support financial analysis for Navy Field Activity/Warfare Center reviews
      - Assist with training coordination and development of appropriate web-based and instructor-led training

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years of Financial Management experience for mid-level position, 8 years for senior-level position
      - Experience with Navy ERP financial modules including Finance, Controlling, Funds Management, and Asset Management
      - Familiarity with month-end and year-end close processing in Navy ERP
      - Secret Clearance or Interim Secret Clearance required
      - US citizenship and eligibility for US DoD Secret-level Security Clearance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - PMP, EVP, or PSP Certification
      - BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance
      - Experience with cost estimates, program status reports, and DoD PPBE
