Job Description

- Perform financial forecasting, annual business plan and rolling plan, variance analysis of actual versus forecast and reconciliation of internal accounts to assess strategic decision alternatives
- Perform analysis on the monthly profit and loss closing statements at the plant and regional level
- Drive the annual budget process and cost saving activities
- Evaluate historical and current financial data to understand the company’s financial condition
- Studying industry-specific business trends and research data
- Writing data-backed reports to support the management team in taking strategic business decisions
- Developing financial models that forecast business outcomes and profits
- Measuring financial risk associated with investment decisions
- BA/BS in Finance or accounting
- 5+ years of related experience as a Corporate Finance Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven organization
- Must have experience working with corporate analysis, corporate budgeting and forecasting.
- Strong business acumen and an ability to present analysis in a compelling manner
- Well versed in utilizing Smartsheets
- Experience in BI a plus
- Strong analytical skills for problem solving; can perform descriptive and diagnostic analysis
- Led projects from concept through completion
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Ability to find answers to ambiguous problems
- Experience forming effective cross-functional partnerships
