What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide financial and analytical support to senior management and logistics teams
- Perform analysis of unbilled items and manage accounts payable processing for licensing
- Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations and assist with quarterly audits
- Conduct month-end closing activities, including journal entries and variance explanations
- Collaborate with various teams to identify opportunities for revenue and productivity improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field
- A minimum of four (4) years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Operations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex financial information to various management levels
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently when necessary

- Experience in financial analysis and reporting within a logistics or transportation environment
- Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance processes
- Proven track record of process improvement initiatives in previous roles
