What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with closing books, forecasting financials, and creating annual plans and budgets
- Review month-end reports to analyze actual versus budget variances
- Consolidate, prepare, and analyze financial data to identify drivers and trends
- Collaborate with various departments to communicate financial results and recommendations
- Develop ad-hoc reports and analyses as requested by leadership

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Accounting and/or Finance
- Advanced knowledge of financial concepts such as operating margin, cash flow, and balance sheet
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
